Shattered Thermally Tempered Glass Window Film Annealed Glass , High Strength

 

 

Tempered Safety Glass is the construction of two lites of glass bonded together by an adhesive material--typically Polyvinyl Butyrol (PVB). This invisible PVB layer is designed to keep the glass integral to the structure upon breakage, rather than allowing the glass to shatter into otherwise large, sharp, and dangerous pieces. PVB also dulls the edges of broken shards of glass, significantly lowering the risk of injury.After undergoing a series of heating and pressing,the two lites of glass and PVB interlayer become one solid, durable glass construction.

  1. Max size: 3000 x 9000mm ; Minimum : 180x 300mm

  2. Thickness: 3mm-19mm

  3. Color:clear,low-iron,F green,ocean blue,Fort blue,and other tinted glass. 

  4. Edge: Flat edge,grind edge,fine polished edge,bevelled edge and others

  5. Corner:natural corner,grind corner,round corner with fine polished.

  6. Holes: Drill work available at customer's option

 Features:

  1. Safety: when broken, tempered glass becomes small granules, which prevent substantial hurt to human body

  2. High Strength: the strength of tempered glass is 4 to 5 times that of annealed glass

  3. Bending Deflection: the bending deflection of tempered glass is 3 to 4 times that of annealed glass
